The showa that were hatched last summer have grown considerable.  The last pictures were taken in May of 2023 and their colors looked great.  After 6 months they all have grown in length and girth.  

 

Also 5 years ago we bred yamabuki ogon and we have been blessed with beautiful ogon.  As glad as we are to see them find a new home, we're sad when can't see them swimming in our pond.  We still have others for sale.

 Here are a few of the nisai showa from the spawn we had in 2022. Like last year the color from  Marusada Koi Farm showa line really comes in for a two year old showa.  All of these showa are now for sale and prices will be posted soon.

Here are a few of the nisai showa from the spawn we had two years ago. The color, expecially the sumi are really progressing. The strog black (sumi) is indicative of Sadao's line of showa. Sadao is a famous breeder in Niigata, Japan and owner of Marusada Koi Farm.

 

 

 

2021…We’re Back Open
